business on delivery of prescription on patientWe already contacted the patient and he already received medication .As per our company policy,As soon as we get prescription we send it out via USPS and the patient was agreed to that with his doctor office as well as with company policy terms before mailing outHe doesn't have to get that medication from us but we offer free delivery services via mail to the doctor office for their clients and its not mandatoryOnce we get prescription we sent it out and we are not obligated to the delivery services of USPS when they deliverIf any delays with USPS deliveries , we are not liable for the cause of delayAll we do is, as we get prescriptions, we send it out to patient if every thing goes well with the filling procedures.we contacted the client as well as prescriber office and we can not offer any more services to him as he can contact his prescriber office to send him his prescription for future purposeWe are very reputed pharmacy company in the Austin area and we value our business .we don't want to deal with problem patients and we have all authority to decline services for those patients.Patient has right to refuse services at any time and he his not obligated to fill prescriptions at one particular pharmacyHe can take it to any pharmacy of his interest and has to contact with his Prescriberwe apologize for any inconvenience to the patient in this process.Thank you for bringing to our notice,Sincerely Management

I am rejecting this response because: They say they mail it as soon as they fill it is a lie.  I'll use the script they filled on Jan 24th as an example. My script bottle says it was filled on January 24, 2017, but given to the Post Office until Monday January 30th. This happens almost every month. They say it's in the mail even when it sits there for 2-7 days.  As far as I know mail runs 6 days a week, so there should be no reason it takes even 2 days to get it to the Post Office.
