Rite-Away Plumbing & Rooter

This company is horrible! They came to my home on a Saturday to fix our water heater, we were advised that the part would be here on that Wednesday and Wednesday came and passed with no communication from this business and we have left numerous messages for the technician and the manager with no responses. We are going on two weeks now with no hot water and no communication from this company!!! We are stuck using them because our home owners insurance is the one who contracted them and we called for a different company and since this is who was contracted we can't change it now. DO NOT USE THEM!! They are severely unprofessional and not helpful towards customers or their concerns.. No one calls you back or tries to help its all excuses when you call in..
