My husband and I ordered carpet on Feb.21st of and the sales lady said it would ship in weeksWe waited two weeks and no carpetWe called Rite Carpets to see where our carpet was as they had cashed our down paymentThe owner said he didn't have a copy of the invoice for the carpet but did have the down payment receiptSo we drove back to the store to show him our invoice copyThe sales lady never gave him our invoice nor did she put in the orderSo the owner apologized and ordered the carpet and said it would only take a weekWe accepted his apology, hoping to get the carpet on time I started calling early this time to see if the carpet had come inIt did come in within a week, they sent the carpet and installer to the houseBefore he even gets started he informs us that we are short carpetingHe calls Rite Carpets to tell them we were short carpetHe installs what he has and leaves one room undone until Rite Carpets orders the restThe carpet owner orders the rest of the carpetThen we get a call from the sales lady who 'supposedly' ordered the carpet and 'supposedly' measured the rooms (incorrectly)She informs us that we have to pay for the rest of the carpet that she failed to measure correctlyWe are no longer patient with her and tell her under no circumstance will we pay for more carpet when she made the mistakeSo she tells us to talk to the ownerwe did and he said we didn't have to pay the extraThis is now three weeks into trying to get some carpeting installed and the job isn't done and our house is in a mess with all the furniture moved out of three bedrooms and us having to sleep on the couchIt took another TWO WEEKS for the rest of the carpet to arriveAll in all, it took weeks of waiting and dealing with these totally incompetent peopleIf you value your sanity please do not shop at Rite CarpetsAfter the carpet was installed we started noticing problems with the carpet coming loose under the stairsWe had to have two guys to staple it to get all the stairs that were looseAlso where the master bedroom and the hall meet, there is a very visible lineI asked them to fix it twice and it is still showing, plus they patched the carpet in the master bedroom and in both our closets because of the carpet shortageAll and all it was really grueling to deal with these people and I've resorted to accepting what it is rather than dealing with them anymoreI never had to deal with such incompetent people ever! Never again!!!!!

Rite Carpets has great and excellent services to it's customers. I was referred by my neighbor who has been a customer for years. And the installers that came out are very professional and excellent at the work they do. [redacted] and [redacted] were very helpful in moving my furniture and patient with any questions I did have and they also help move my furniture back into place. I would highly and strongly recommmed Rite Carpets to anybody that needs carpet in their home and or business.
