Review: Purchased 2006 VW car 2/**/15. It was noted at time of purchase that headliner needed to be glued and that I can bring the car in for that service at a future date. Also within a few miles of driving the car the airbag, tire pressure sensor and check engine light turned on in the dash board. I have brought my car to the shop to be repaired 2 times now for them to only return the car with same exact issues I left it with. also they left black finger prints on the roof of my car in their attempt to glue back on my headliner. They did such a poor job the headliner fell back down within 24 hours. Thank goodness I was smart enough to keep the original messages I exchanged with my car sales man Johnny as well as the pictures I sent to him back in February regarding the lights in my dash board. I have recorded conversations between the salesman Johnny and the manager Jose and plan on tAking legal actions if this issues is not resolved.Desired Settlement: A clean glued headliner black finger prints must be removed

Tire pressure and airbag issue to be fixed so lights can turn off in dash board

Any mechanical pair required so the check engine light can not be on in dashboard

Review: I recently bought a car at rite cars on Oct *, 2014. The day I took the car she would not start till afier a fewe hours. Thaty continued on. Then the check engine light kept coming on and they told me it could be a few things, but refused to look at it. Two days I brought to them. They told me when it gets worse bring it back, what after my thirty days are up and its my problem. I have a friend who is mechanic go there with my he something is wrong with the car if check engine light is on. He told them take the car and fix it. They had it one day and told me it was the coil. That day the check engine light was on and the car was running bad. They are not taking care of this problem, I am a single mom and don't know what to do.Desired Settlement: Replacement - I would like another car then

Review: Bought the car august **, engine light came on as soon as I drove off the lot...it's June ** and my cars motor was messed up the car had a leak oil, blown turbo, of course they told me a week after after purchasing the car ..the car stopped working whatsoever, they been had my car 2008 bmw 535xi since March it's been 3 months they "been fixing it" I spoke with the mechanic he said he's been waitin on the dealer to pay them for the labor and another thing that has to be fixed, I'm a week away from taking them to court ...I hope I get help from you guys I have no idea what to do I even lost my job because I have no car..

[redacted] was the one and only rep id see there. Heard me out on everything asked. Very down to earth. I went to look at one car and left with a better one. Price was right. [redacted] in finance really helped me get the payment to the amount I needed. All in all awesome experience. Go see [redacted]!!

Review: I bought a car from this dealership not even 30 days ago yet. My car completely died the other day. I called the dealership to advise and was repeatedly told that I must have left something on and the battery was dead. even after I told them I didnt they insisted I did and told me there is nothing they can do about it. I called the main office, advised them of the problem and they just transferred my call to the same sales rep who wouldnt assist. After getting the car to a mechanic I was told the battery was severely old and shouldnt have been in the car. I bought a new battery and now it is fine. Within the first 30 days I feel the dealership should have replaced the battery and definitely not treated me the way they did.Desired Settlement: I am asking for the cost of the new battery and installation that was needed in the amount of $154.64. I paid for an extended warranty and I didnt have the car even 30 days yet. if needed I have the receipt for the new battery.

Total waste of time especially the internet person who will call you to promise they have the cars that is on the web and then find out the cars were not there at all as per the sales person (the cars were in the car lot) - they just want you to finance the car and jack up all the fees for people who people who wants to finance.

For people who even thinks of buying something here - check your invoice carefully.
