Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/05/02) */
She had called in for a pond spring clean out and start up with additional pond light installation. The crew foreman spoke with her on the phone and she stated she wanted colored lights in her pond but we told her Aquascape (the brand we sell)...

does not carry colored colors and she agreed to installation of the Aquascape lights over the phone. The crew went out and performed the pond clean out, installed the new lights, and replaced some existing burnt out lights, started up the pump and put in place the timers but did not set timers (we let the customer set the timers to their preference). She called back and stated she had a leak, the foreman went out and found one leak and repaired on 6-3 and set her timer because she didn't know how. She called again on 6-9 saying we didn't repair the leak, the foreman went again. We didn't invoice her for the pond clean out and lights until July waiting to make she there were no more issues. We did not charge her for going back out for the leaks. She didn't call us about the invoice until a few months later stating she didn't agree to the price on the invoice. She stated that our foreman has never spoke with her and other employees have overheard them talking. We turned her over to our attorney because she refuses to pay.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/05/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their response is surely clean of fault. I agreed to pay for lights and cleaning butnot the fix. It is not fixed and they refuse to budge
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/05/02) */
I made a mistake in the first response, we did charge her the [redacted] for the service calls on 6-3 and 6-9, but our foreman made several service calls after 6-9 which we did not charge. As far as the estimate, the foreman gave her a verbal estimate, she did NOT request a written estimate. She also told the crew she wanted to see the water in the pondless waterfall, which this water feature was not designed for that. She is probably overfilling the pondless waterfall and the water is leaking out over the top of the water feature. This why they are called pondless waterfalls, you do not have a pond. The previous homeowner never had a problem with the water feature. The owner was not rude to her, he left a polite message stating the invoice should have been higher with all the service calls made and he ended it with "have a nice day". She told us she wasn't going to pay anything, she never attempted to pay anything.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2016/05/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Not true. ' I wanted to see water' what does that even mean? The prior owner did not use south county, according to them. It is not over filled, it statts to suck air within 24 hours of use, never did that prior. Hence, it is draining from what I told them is probably the bucket that holds it. When they cleaned it I watched them try to shape it (squeeze) which is why I perceive this may be the problem
