The owner, ***, will not return emails or, voicemails. He has yet to let us choose our own gate code. We have to use his but, he changes it so, we never know the gate code to access our storage unit. Business hours are listed as 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., yet many times, we've shown up around 4:30 and the office is closed. The voicemail instructs callers to text or, email, but, he refuses to reply. We are current on our bill and, still, he is refusing us access to our property.
Every customer has their own gate code. Every customer has 24/7 access to thier online account where, in *** case, she couldve paid her bill and had immediate access to the unit. Our normal business hours 8-5 monday thru friday. However there are multiple storage facilities, warehouses, and houses so The manager cant be everywhere all the time. *** has been late almost every month, if the over lock wasnt removed immediately when paid after hours she has complained and threatend multiple times this will be enough to warrant eviction
