Rite Hook Towing

I'm insured through progressive. When I called late on a Sunday evening for roadside assistance, these people were the second group of submorons to be contacted. When I called directly and spoke to the dispatcher, he was obnoxious,loud ignorant,rude & informed me he was canceling the service call on some b.s. pretext about being afraid to send a driver to a hostile environment. This cretin could NOT be a better example of the lousy sort of people skills that will ruin a business for someone else. That of course assumes he's NOT THE owner. If he is he should sell the company and get a job. If he's just a dispatchet, I'd fire him and tell his parole officer he screwed up again.
