Review: When the carpet was installed, there was damage done to a closet door which could not be repaired and must be replaced. The sales rep came and took pictures and said I would be contacted. I was not contacted. Called and emailed the sales rep and the installation crew came, took pictures, set up a date to replace the door and never showed up. Called the sales rep back and had to leave a voice mail. No response.Desired Settlement: Replace and install new door
