Rite Way Auto Transport

I think they are the worst company on the planet. As soon as you give them your money they are gone.

Contracted to haul 2 cars from Pennsylvania to Minnesota.
Contracted to haul 2 cars from PA to MN for 1350.00 when I realized I was going to be late with delivery due to flooding in my hometown of Williamsport PA I renegotiated to accept 1150.00 Original pickup and drop date were 7/16/18 and 7/19/18 I renegotiated to pickup 7/24/18 and drop date 8/6/18. I've tired several times by phone, text, and email to resolve this problem to no avail. I provided a service for Rite Way and I want my payment.

Company agreed to ship a unit for a certain price, When it came time the shipment was pushed back due to rising cost and the wrong truck was sent.
We contacted Riteway in regards to them shipping a truck, accurate height was given, and was told an RGN would be sent out, to collect vehicle. When it came time to have unit picked up a step deck trailer was sent, and the driver refused to pick up unit due to overall height. The shipment was pushed back multiple times causing delays in payment from end consumer, and causing us to work through company wide vacation. The rep for Riteway told us it would be picked up by an RGN and it was scheduled for a Friday pick up, Friday afternoon the company called saying they still did not have the proper permits, so they were once again trying to send a step deck trailer out and save them money.
Extremely dissatisfied that we have sent them a bill for their mess up and they have yet to answer or pay the invoice over 30 days later.

Excellent service, had a car hauled from Oklahoma to Ohio. Everyone, including the driver kept in contact and gave me updates. Great price. You will have to pay driver cash at delivery, and remember that they will give you a delivery window, not an exact time. The delivery window and pickup window have vary by hours. Driver was a day early on delivery
