This company is very unprofessional. Our project that was started in June is still not complete in October, and the owner (Luke) will not return our phone calls. We were given an estimated time of completion of about 3-4 weeks. Luke quoted us for upgraded cabinets, which is not what he installed. When we asked about it, we never heard from him again. We found out from the cabinet company that those cabinets haven't been made in about 5 years. One of the workers spent more time laying in the floor sighing than he did actually working. Another worker had his girlfriend hanging out with him all day at my house. Inside my house, while we were living there. Horrible experience.
This business is horrible!! You have to call them daily to get them to even show up. And when they finally do show up (usually one day a week), they work for 15 minutes, then go on a smoke break for 20. Thankfully they aren't paid by the hour! Sloppy work, and the owner makes threats when you complain about anything. I recommend not giving them your garage code either. We came home to them in our house when we we not even home. No call to ask permission.
