I took my Porsche in to European Auto Services, to have the front hood fixedIt was not opening I was told it would cost $to repairI thought that was high but went ahead and did it One month later it would not open againI took it backThis time they said it was a different problem and wanted to charge me another $They knew they had me, so I went ahead Now I’ve given them a total of $for the same issue Then a week later the front bumper falls off, because they didn’t re-attach it correctly I had a buddy of mine, who owns a body shop, attach the bumperHe did me a favor and only charged me $ I sent Paul and Lilly (Owner's of Business) an invoice for the $100, for the re-imbursement for the bumper, but they never paid itI left many messages They never called me back

I have a used Volkswagen and took it in for service at a place I was referred to called European Auto ServiceI had to call and plead for an estimate after several weeks, just get them to start,,,
ALMOST A FULL MONTH FOR AN ESTIMATE
they do not even attempt to do any work unless I call several times, or email corporate website as a new customer and beg them for any help
How can I get my car without getting ripped off more than I have been already
I can’t get the car out of their shop, they have done zero work on the car in several monthsThey keep saying they thought I was out of town-which has some bearing on why they won’t work on the car,, hmmmmmif I was out of town I was an hour away by car Cell phones have come a long way over time and I have a cell phone so being out of town, I thought, was not that
