To whom it might concern. The referenced claim comes from a home owner who was called multiple times by our telemarketing service on our behalf. The home owner had complained to the caller of the multiple calls and the fact he is on a “no call” listOur servicing contractor passed the complaint on to their dialer subcontractorAs fate would have it, our contractor was in its final two weeks of service with its subcontractor because they were not keeping up with “no call” listings. The subcontractor, knowing they were losing their contract, made no attempt to correct the situationOur service place additional calls to the home owner unwittingly because they were being torpedoed by the disgruntled subcontractor. When our service heard of home owner’s second complaint after we had specifically pointed out this home owner he immediately canceled the subcontractor that day.We are back on track with a reliable subcontractorWe are sorry for the incontinences we have caused the home ownerWe thank him for alerting us all to the problem

We have been trying and continue to try to satisfy this customer. It is true we did not replace decking because in our judgement it just needed reinforcing as part of the righting and bracing of existing chimney chase. As we put our carpenter sub-contractor, technically not an employee, on the job...

he realized the whole of the problem was the chase was leaning and causing problems at rafter and deck level. When he straightened the chase and braced the area all components became solid. In the course of this work he pierced a roof valley without knowing it. Next rain that leak appeared. We immediately repaired the leak and at the same time our representative workman repaired the interior damage. This customer is insistent we remove new roof section and replace on sheet of decking. That is scheduled this week just to satisfy him. On a side note, we upgraded this customer for a cheap 3-tab roof to an architectural dimensional shingle at no additional cost because we refuse to install cheap roofs. This customer will be happy with the final product, but some jobs have complications because people are human.
