At this time, I have been contacted directly by Rite Way Towing & Recovery, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
they refunded $100 out of the $140 tow fee and did not provide any compensation for the damages I accepted the...
money because they said if I don't, then they will be done and I can take them to court they also said that I had signed a paper when I picked up the car saying that I accept the car the way it is despite any damage to it. I read through the paper I signed (before I signed it) and I don't remember it having said that. If it's true, I signed it under duress because they wouldn't release my car until I signed it. At this point, I have walked away from the situation, but the business is using shady tactics and not operating with any type of morals or business ethics.
