[redacted] vehicle was removed from ***'s parking lot because she was illegally parkedThe reason she was not charged a drop fee which is $plus tax ($68.65), is because she did not see the driver on the property her vehicle was already removed and towed to our yardShe agreed to the removal and return charge of $to have her vehicle returned to the location where it was removed fromThe only time a vehicle is returned is if both parties agree on the towing priceBeing that she requested to have it returned that is an additional fee, she was charged the $removal and $drop plus tax which brought her total to $ If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me [redacted] *** [redacted]
