I'm really not enthused with the poor service from your managerAs he repeatedly told me that they don't give refunds I listened and argued, because five minutes ago I almost lost my life We were on the Skyliner, up so high and ready to dropI screamed with excitement until the only thing you could hear were my screams of fearThe bar came open, my eyes filling with tears as I had to pin my pound, year old family member to the seatHe started to go up over the bar before I grabbed him with the tightest grip I've ever heldBUT THATS NOT ENOUGHHe is autistic and today was the first time he had EVER been brave enough to step foot on one of these coasters! Now he is scarred for his life I'm not sure if you're familiar with the traits of children with Autism They hold on to memories, and cling to them with an immense amount of fear and regret Now that this child is ruined on roller coasters he won't be able to enjoy a regular amusement park again So to the manager in the orange shirt, who treated me like the situation never happened & to the ride worker who told me it was okay because someone was coming to "look at it", I deserve every bit of my money back There were of us x = - [redacted] ***

I hired Browns plumbing to complete a plumbing job that I was told would cost less than dollars to completeWhen the job was complete and a week later I received a call from Browns plumping stating that he would hate to inform me but the job they completed for me now cost This was after me stating to the owner of Browns plumbing that I wanted to be notified if the cost was over He stated he would but that it would not be anymore than thatI never received a call of the increased cost or given the chance to not complete it because I could not afford itI was called after it was completed and the cost tripledI can't complain about the work it is under ground and now covered but I was not happy that he felt that charging me three times the amount agreed was okWill not use this company againI wonder how many times this has happened to others
