I am rejecting this response because: he is lying. I never told him I broke down with my car on the way to his shop. As a matter of fact it didnt break down once. It actually ran fine the whole way there. Also it was not driven from Catawissa as he claims, it was driven from my mother's house in Frackville, in fact we took Interstate ** all the way to the Hazleton exit for route **. My fluid levels as he claims were not low because my ex had filled them when he came to look at it. I had people check my oil and it was fine. As for the people telling me I needed a new motor, they told me my heads were bad thats why I took it to him. He is the one who told me I should replace the engine because he said my bottom end was probably going to go out in a couple months and I would end up replacing the engine anyway. I have at least people who know my car in and out and had it looked at by different people before I even took it to him. As for the text messages I sent you screenshots of our messages from the beginning with both of our replies on and I will send the last three screenshots with this message. I never said I had text messages because there are way more then that and I also have them printed and saved on my phone as well as all my mothers messages between her and him. He was the one who got rude with her first. I have been told by a former mechanic of his that numerous people have come back to the shop with complaints and he basically tells them to get lost. They may just not report him. I waited months for him to find a decent motor before I got sick of waiting and not having a car. The person doing my motor now found motors for my car within a month so why couldnt he? Also the new water pump was not to be put on my old motor. If you read my screenshots of my text messages you will see where he is contradicting himself. As for the car being fixed now, yes they did find new spark plugs. Water pump will be checked when motor is pulled out of car. I find it kind of odd that his costs add up to the $i gave him and yet that was without ever finding me a decent motor. Also why would I call him to come help when the car broke down when he had it for months prior to that. I wanted it out of there because I got sick of waiting and tired of the excuses I kept getting. He never offered to show me bills for anything he had purchased for my car but all of a sudden comes up with everything after contacting your agency. If needed I will take this further. I am informed of every step being done to my car now as well as pics being taken. I have everything documented from my conversations with him and the weeks that I went without a response which will also show in my screenshots of my text messages. If need be I will send all messages to your agency by mail. Regards,
