YMP Real Estate manages Boardwalk at Inverrary, which where I currently resideMy mother and I moved in back in December of (under different management then) My mom left in 2012, and I stayed in a different unitI never had any issues or complaints until late There were people living there that threw their trash wherever and were loud.I moved out January after my lease endedI decided to move back April 2017, worst decisions ever! Our unit is infested with roaches, no one ever answers the phone when we call the office, we had to wait more than a month to get a replacement fridge after reporting that it was leakingNo [redacted] service! Buildings look like they're going to fall and cave in

YMP Real Estate Management is doing a horrible job managing [redacted] in Miami, FL [redacted] has horrible Customer Service and is unprofessional Everytime you call, there's a rude person with little to no care of your concerns and questions answering the phoneI moved here during summer and now I am begging to find another placeI moved in a 2/ [redacted] with the understanding that they would transfer us upon completion of the 2/(which was a duration of no longer than days)Its been more than months since then and when I call, someone is always stalling, saying it's still being fixed..etcNo one is on the same page in the officeOne person tells you they are not doing transfer at the moment, the next says its still being fixedI mean which is it? To whom it may concern:
This communication is coming to you today from a concerned and fed up resident of one of your apartment complexes in Fayetteville, North Carolina who wishes to remain anonymous for safety concerns I am sending this letter with my correspondence for another resident I have been here since and have never had so many issues with the way my area is being operated My first concern is the security you have on the grounds I have noticed that my calls go unanswered, or they are simply falling on deaf ears I don't sit around calling for security for no reason They are so busy hanging out with residents they have befriended that they are letting most of these people get away with murder The drag racing going on after midnight on Caracas ct Yes drag racing!!! I was awaked by a sledgehammer on the stairs at 9am No warning, no paperwork stating work would start at that time on that day-NOTHING I have anxiety, so naturally I thought the whole building was being bombed Not good at all!!! When a woman is being beaten to where I can hear it, I would expect it to be handled a lot differently than it was When a truck is parked on the grass and is blaring music from it's speakers I expect security to handle this as well, but it was not handled Instead, they talked for a little while and that was it So I had to close my windows and turn my AC on to drown out the noise I should not have to do this This person was allowed to park his truck on the grass, and drive around drunk on the grass where children play and other residents travel My mailbox is being violated as well I had a package delivered that did not arrive If we were paying more money to live here, we would not be going through any of thisThe weed smoke coming in my window daily The slamming of their door so hard my whole door shakes Standing in the breezeway talking loud at 7am and smoking and selling marijuana This whole building was quiet until they moved in It only takes one bad apple I pride myself on being quiet and courteous of others privacy I deserve the same from management, security and my neighborsI loved living here and would brag about how quiet and well run this place was But it seems that all of that is changing The element of people you are letting move in here has changed drastically Money should never be a factor in determining how a problem is handled I really hope these concerns are not falling on deaf ears, and you will take into account what I am trying to get across to you Put yourself in my place and ask yourself if you would want your peace and quiet violated daily? There needs to be a curfew instituted on the grounds and daily sweeps of people hanging out in groups This would deter a lot of crime and would allow others to feel safe in their homes I am communicating these concerns anonymously because I don't want to be ostracized for giving out this information about certain residents Please consider the idea to start a curfew No one should be allowed to congregate outside of buildings they don't live in

There has been numerous of issues in the apartment at *** ** *** *** apt# *** sunrise fl, XXXXX
The toilet was clogged from April I've contacted the main office on multiple occasions in regards to the toilet from dates 04/10, 04/24, 08/29, and 09/If calling from my personal cell, I wouldn't get someone to answer the phoneThe only way I did speak with someone is if I called from my job land line or if I called Unknown (blocked)With the toilet over flowing so frequently, it damaged a lot of my kids & I personal items such as ( 5-pairs of shoes, clothes, pair of shoes from my kids, home appliances and some decor)
