This is a terrible company. They charged me $450 just to thaw my frozen hot water piping winter of 2015 and their charges seem to be higher than most other plumbers, especially Horizon. Also Rittenhouse will not return phone calls if you have a question about the bill and I am not the only one with this complaint. Revdex.com is not the best place to get a review, especially a negative review b/c the subject pays a fee to belong to this organization. I am taking Rittenhouse to court July 2015 as they charged me for time and work not done.
