It's a fraud!! They tried to take money out of my account but my bank stopped the transactions. Ritter Skin Cream does not exist.
The company does exist and there was no attempt made to contact customer support. The attempt at a charge was for the order you already received, which is stated in terms and conditions. Account was cancelled out for Visa card ending in ***. Making false claims of a company's non-existence is ludicrous, seeing as the products ordered were delivered to you. Have a blessed day.
I did not authorized your company to withdrawal $89.00 dollars from my account. I only got this CBD oil free and just paid for shipping. Which was $6.99 or .95. and by the way that CBD oil made me sick and I had to go to the Urgent Care. I have proof of bank transaction and hospital papers. I am grateful to Wells Fargo and their quick and efficient professionalism in handling my claim with this company. My money was returned and back into my account in a matter of seconds. If you need proof I'll be more than happy to provide it. Oh yeah and because of that CBD oil I missed 8 days of work. So you have a blessed day!!
I paid 6.95 to get a sample of their face cream. I did not sign up for anything else. I just got a 89.95 charge on my card! No other product, just a charge. I called the company and she advised she would take 1/2 of it off. I refused as I did not sign up for that nor had I received anything I could return. This company should not be in business. They are deceitful and should be closed down..
