Yes, profanity was used to express my disgust with the situation and also the RUDE ATTITUDE I was met with upon trying to resolve the matter. In my opinion you again hung the phone up on purpose after again being rude I'm not the one being paid to be on the phone or professional. As far as I'M concerned that matter is not resolved until my title is received your issue is with the payment company not me I just paid what they said. Why so mad though!? If the title is in a safe you should be able to go get it right!? Illegal business much!? Again you all have stolen well over what the car was worth and hearing all this B.S frankly about "you have nothing to do with all accounts" blah blah blah.....save that for someone who gives a damn all I need is the title and I shouldnt have had to all but stalk this company to get it. ACR seems to still owe you not me let's be clear. Real big talk for a guy who isn't trusted enough to have the keys to a safe full of titles..The law says I should have had my title within 21 days of payment so really you guys have no leverage for your scam of a car lot. JUST SO WE ARE CLEAR NOTHING IS SETTLED UNTIL I RECEIVE MY [redacted] TITLE [redacted] BOY .. My money is serious business and right now y'all are thieves....#BeProfessional
