Response:We would like to first and foremost thank the Revdex.com for bring this to our attention. Regarding our client Ms. [redacted] when her vehicle was purchased she understood there was a balance left for the down payment. Now this is one of the few times we've reposed the vehicle for...

failure of payment but we must address the fact she stated that she called for three days. Our system tells us whenever a client called by linking it through our [redacted] system. This was a false statement on [redacted]'s end. Our system also shows how many phone calls went out to a client. After multiple days consistently calling [redacted] with no answer, as well as contacting her references. She called back and agreed to come in, we reminded her of her up and coming payment and to finalize her contact with the need stipulations. She never showed. After contacting her again for a couple of days, she once again agreed to come in and failed to do so. There was multiple messages left, which also stated that if contact was not made and payment was not received the vehicle would be out for repo. Once again she never showed. The following morning after her vehicle was reposed, she contacted us. The general manager explain she had the right to redeem her vehicle but she would have to pay the payment, late fee and repo fees that were paid to the repo agent. She resorted to yelling, insulting and threatening. At this point all negotiations were off the table. She then decided to bring her friend up to the dealership with her to try to imitated the staff. After her friend spoke to the General Manager, he agreed that if her communication was better all off this could have been avoided. He discussed a solution to the problem, which both parties agreed. The dealership agreed to help her by taking some value and the storage fees off the amount needed to redeem. Everyone agreed. [redacted] tried to take the vehicle without payment by stating that "she doesn't have it.". After explaining to her that she needed to come with payment, she refused to and resorted once again to threats. She came up to the dealership with two younger men, who insulted the staff, yelled and made it very obvious that they were refusing to listen. The General Manager asked them to leave multiple times do to there disrespect toward there business and other clients. They once again refused. The Sacramento Police department had to remove them off the premises. At this point, we are unwilling to work with her any further. After insulting and disrespecting the staff and our other clients, theirs nothing more we can do for her case. Her vehicle was repossessed for non payment which she was aware off.Sent on: 9/15/2015 4:26:36 PMSent by: 50.161.255.228

I am rejecting this response because: These are all lies my vehicle was never repaired nor was it ever inspected, the only reason my payments were missed were because they didn't answer to me and when I asked [redacted] he said "he don't know anything about how to pay my car note" I have multiple tex messages as well to prove most of my points from communicating with them at flyby auto sales. I called and asked about my things as well the same exact morning they came and taken the vehicle. I can also prove that I had no reason to not pay my car nite from Bank statements and all there's no reason at all that I couldn't pay my car note they avoided me because I was having trouble with the car which by the way was not "sold as is" they promised to fix things as well with a due bill, they have all my paper work for the car. I believe they avoided me to miss my payments which was the first payment by the second payment they still weren't answering or responding then a day or two if the second month of my car note being due they come get the car. Why not call or contact me from numbers you've been calling from? I'll like for this company and all their practices to be evaluated and investigated. I had to get another vehicle, I had to put down $3000.00 now why wouldn't I pay my car note that's way lesser than that? They are most certainly lying about the entire situation and I need to have them provide me my paper work g.for the car, they aren't  returning calls or texts as usual but when I first got the vehicle and upon buying it their contact was on point then it fell off when they seen they sold me a junk car I believe had been purchase from the auction probably the same day or day before just handing it over to me like they did not car what they do to others they just want the money.  I am sure it's other like me suffering from their insensitive acts of customer betrayal

We like to thank the Revdex.com for bring this to out attention. We here at Flyby Auto Sales would like to extend a grateful thank you for allowing us to shed some light on the situation. I'd like to first and foremost address the points our client made. First and foremost, the vehicle was sold as-is from...

us. The vehicle had passed California Safety Inspection and California's emissions testing, prior to being sold. The passenger fender was slightly damaged and and appointment was made for our client to come up and have it repaired. She missed the appointment the first time without any notification of a rescheduling. After the finance manager spoke to her the second time, she explained it was work related and it could not be missed. The second appointment she arrived to late and the time slot given was no longer offered. The second point was when we originally did her contract, she stated she had been employed with her company for almost two years, which was incorrect. She was listed as only employed a little over 3 months. When asked, our client, she stated that her previous company no longer existed and she indeed was only employed with this new company for a little over three months. We then found a lender to purchase her contract, but she stated after a while her vehicle was having problems. We clearly stated the vehicle was sold as-is, but we needed her stipulations to finalize her contract. She refused to till we out of our own pocket repaired the car. Finally we came to an agreement and her vehicle was repaired. Her first payment came up and she missed it. [redacted] had contacted her multiple times to get her to make the payment, after she missed the second payment, her vehicle was repossessed and a notice of intent to dispose of motor vehicle was mailed to her. When she finally contacted the dealership, [redacted] explained he tried contacting her multiple times and she respond by saying she doesn't answer phone calls she doesn't recognize. [redacted] explained that the dealership cant be blamed because she choose not to answer a phone call that she doesn't recognize. She asked about her property after 30 days after the repossession. She was told to contact the repossession company, but they will charge for storage of property She called again asking for help stating she needed another vehicle desperately. [redacted] explained the process to redeem her vehicle, we didn't hear from her again till she called asking about her property. This is not a matter of a misunderstanding. The bottom line was she was two payments behind, her first two payments by the way, and we had no contact with her. This is why her vehicle was repossessed
