Never EVER do you charge someones credit card before confirming how much you are charging and for what you are charging for, to the person you are charging. That is a form of theft and a disgusting business model. With all that being said, I would not suggest this company to anyone and I am going to take the repeat customers of yours, that suggested you, someplace else. A company that can't even step up and admit when they [redacted] up, is not a company worth doing business with.
Had call from this place because of a online quote, explained my whole schedule and availability. Was promised 100 copies by the 26th with a lot of hoops to jump, reason I wanted to make sure, Ruth who took my order such a sweet person until the week before the dead line. It seemed more like a sales call than a company who provides the costumer service a costumer requires. Soon after out of frustration due that cd's were promised I get a 140 dollar extra fee to expedite, sure I agree and tell them I will make a review about the bad service, Sandy Cleeveley calls me telling me they will cancel my order because I said what seemed a "threat" to her. It's the 21st century, people make complaints for bad service, if you cant take it don't make fake promises. Never ordering anything from this place. Now I don't have CD's and a bad, terrible experience with this place.
