We are aware that we had carried 2g tracfones but we were not aware they did not work in our areaThe company we had ordered them from had not warn us that they needed to be updatedAll sales on tracfones and phone cards are final because once they are activated we cannot refund the customer
because we ourselves cannot be refundedWe have tried to get refunds from activated cards before because of customers buying the wrong cardsIn return we were told once they were activated there was nothing they could do to refund us so we could refund the customerThis is also the facts for the tracfonesWe have a sign on the tracfone cart that says "all sale final"I am truly sorry for not being able to refund the customer for the first phone but I am not sure why after finding out that the first one did not work in our area why the customer decided to by another one with the same problems

This is not *** and we do not have the same policies as ***We CANNOT return the phone to our supplier because the packing has been openThe second phone should not have been purchasedThere are no refunds

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the phones were sold to my elderly parents on the same day and neither have been activated because they can't be used in the areaTracFone will NOT activate themSo if they can't be refunded due to activation, but they have never been activated why can't they be refunded? This is an elderly couple who shops this business all of the time and they do NOT have money to spare Sincerely,
