Review: I have known Les schwab at the town of Ritzville for a long time. I have be going there off and on for a long time. Every time I go in there the Manager always gives a smart remark. On December 30th 2013 I had a low tire on my pickup. I had them check it, they said they could not fix the tire because I did not buy it there. They sell the same kind of tires but they did not want to fix it. So they charged me for just looking at the tire on that day after taking it off the rim and refusing to put it back on. I have never heard of a place charging you for just looking at a tire. The Person that I dealt with was [redacted].Desired Settlement: This business needs to be dealt with, they need to be more professional and allot of people are not being treated fairly in town and they don't seem to care as long as they can rip people off. NEVER again will they have our business.
