There is also something called integrity and honestyThere are very few people that take the time to read a five page receipt when making a purchase other than their home Most people will skip to the last page, check that they are being charged the correct amount and move on We had already decided on a mattress and had money in hand, which is when the salesperson suggested we purchase a floor model This is when the words, "This mattress is not returnable." SHOULD have come out of her mouth! It did not! It's called disclosureThere has been no damage to the mattress It has been protected by the mattress protector we purchased Therefore, there is no logical reason why it can not be returned
Got Sleep has a day comfort guarantee on all new purchases This does not apply to stained, damaged, clearance, closeout and As IS products The customer signed a copy of the invoice acknowledging: "The mattress is sold "AS IS" There are no exchanges, refunds or returned However, the manufacturer's warranty is still valid." Please see the attached signed invoice, and a copy of the policies for Got Sleep The mattress does come with the full manufacturer's warranty

The reason that the mattress doesnt come with a comfort guarantee is because it is sold at such a large discount. Had the bed been sold at full price, it would come with a comfort guarantee. I cannot comment on the conversation that took place, but again have to refer to the invoice that the cusotmer signed, acknowledging the lack of a comfort guarantee. The claim of not reading what they were signing seems strange as this is a legal binding contract
