At River Chase Apartments, we work to ensure the satisfaction of each and every resident, and address all complaints in a serious manner
Although we are a pet friendly community, we address all complaints, including animal complaintsAfter speaking with Ms*** on Friday, May 15, 2015,
regarding the Siamese cat, the issue was immediately addressed with the resident the complaint was made against, as well as the neighboring apartments of that residentThe resident stated there was no cat, or any other pet, in the apartmentIn addition, I spoke with the other three residents who reside in the same building as Ms***Each stated having no knowledge of any cat that continuously meows at night
All common halls/landings should be clear of any, and all items, as this could be a potential fire hazardIn regards to the dispute with the neighbor across the hall from Ms***, involving the boots, the resident removed them on Friday, May 15, Both Ms***, and the neighbor across the hall, understand that there are no items to be left in the hallway, in the future
River Chase is not responsible for any personal itemsRegarding the claim of Ms*** grill, we sent out property wide notices that all grills were to be moved to the side of the building for landscaping improvementsWe were not notified until six months after the landscaping improvements had been made that Ms*** grill was missingAt that time we advised her to make a police report, as we do with all residents, if they report to us that an item has been stolenTo our knowledge she did not do so
Prior to signing a lease, we encourage each lessee to view the leased apartment, and in as much detail as he or she would like, to ensure that any concern is addressed prior to moving in the apartmentIn an attempt to satisfy the flooring complaints Ms*** made at the time of move in, December 2012), she was offered another apartmentShe refused this offerAt that time, we did repair her floor with cement leveling, as she stated
According to the Apartment Association, air conditioning is considered an amenityHowever, the AC units are repaired, and/or replaced in the order in which they are receivedResidents with medical conditions that are aggravated by extreme heat are considered a priority, provided we receive the documentation confirming such conditionsThis has been our policy for many years, prior to Ms*** residencyIn regards to the claims of frequent flooding issues, we have four water retention pits, and have spent well over $over the past six years to improve the water drainage, and with great success
