Our position on this call is that the client is mistaken. We admit that the price for the clean and check was charged in error. It should have been $79.00 not $129.00. we will be glad to refund his $50.00. As to how much refrigerant we put into his system, we are sure it was 11 pounds. The homeowner was with our tech during the adding of refrigerant watching the guage on the scale say at the end "11" pounds. We did not guess the weight. The gentleman did not object when our tech was there because he saw the refrigerant go into his a/c unit. He signed our invoice accepting the service and paid us without hesitation. Our position is we will gladly pay the $50.00 refund but not refund any money on the refrigerant. Thanks
