to resolve the issueThe construction team resolved the issue on 12/Another work order was created on 1/to double check everything was in working conditionOnce the issue was resolved, the resident was satisfied with the resolutionWe strive to ensure everything is in working condition once a resident moves inIn this situation, a new furnace was installed before the resident moved in but there was an issue with one of the vents connected to the furnaceThe issue took a little longer than to resolve due to the nature of the issue.

We hired this contractor because we knew his framer and wanted to have him frame our house. What a mistake (except for the framer's work). So many problems: leaks, walls that were in the wrong place, crooked chain walls that were as porous as cheesecloth... Two specialty beams arrived, 4x12"x apx 24 feet- this clown didn't know where they went! And they cost almost $1,000!!! This guy was supposed to install an RV clean-out- when we pried the lid off we found he had cemented it in!!!
