I spoke with Dr. [redacted] about the above email, and after a little research Dr. [redacted] has agreed to take the Fee's off for the "no shows" in the above email.  Mr. [redacted] does however have a remaining  balance from his treatment on 3-18-2016, this is after...

insurance paid. Dr. [redacted] also has removed the finance charges and patient only owes for out of pocket expense for his treatment on 3-18-2016.
