In regards to complaint [redacted], River City has tried reaching out to the client several times to resolve this issue, so that we can refund the final cost of $179.90. After reviewing the letter from the customer, we understand the level of dissatisfaction that our customer...

experienced and would be more than happy to correct the situation and make it right by refunding the full cost of the service. We ask that the customer please retract their complaint upon our refund. Please let me know if we need to do anything else in order to resolve this case, thank you very much!

I did not notice that the Revdex.com emails regarding this complaint had been sent to my spam folder otherwise I would have responded sooner. I note the issue is considered "closed" based on...

the response from the River City. Unfortunately they are compulsive liars, and regardless of what the "Sales Manager" said, the issue WAS NOT resolved to my satisfaction - which is why I turned to the Revdex.com for assistance. I appealed to my credit card company for assistance in the dispute and they gave up over a period of months. They recommended I issue a formal complaint through the Revdex.com. I appeal to you to reopen the complaint as NO customer satisfaction has been received.

I just made contact with [redacted], and she said she has received her check we sent out for refund. She also said she would retract her complaint now that that issue has been resolved pending I make contact with you. Thanks so much in advance!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I have not yet heard from the business regarding the refund that they are offering.  I'm not sure how they have tried making contact?  My phone # is the same as they called when they initially came to my residence.  It is [redacted]
