Due to our privacy policy regarding member information, I will provide a general statement about our processes related to the complaint.   Account Statements (printed or online) are produced at month-end; these are not...

real-time transactions. Our free online, mobile and telephone banking provide real-time Balance and Available Balance, and a detailed account history: ·         Balance shows funds in the account in real-time as it is viewed, not including Pending Transactions made by the member (for example, electronic payments, checks, debit transactions). ·         Available Balance is the Balance less Pending Transactions, in real-time. Members may also use check registers to account for pending transactions. Members are responsible for monitoring their balances and transactions, and for maintaining balances sufficient to cover transactions incurred.   We have explained this to our member.  The assessed fees fall within the guidelines of our Account Agreement, and are clearly not due to Credit Union error.   Please let me know if you have further questions, and I will reply as soon as possible.   Thank you,   [redacted]
