The problem isn't that I don't love the jeepThe problem is that when I went to the dealership I went to fix the [redacted] I bought a few months ago from your dealership and homer W [redacted] told me that since the car had problems and since it was the end of the year that capital one would take my [redacted] back and write it off-that he had called them and worked it all outI asked multiple times if it would effect my credit and he lied to me- I told him I couldn't af [redacted] two car payments- your employee assured me that it wouldn't be a problem if I paid the jeep on time my credit would be fine - do you think it's ok for your employees to lie to customers to make a sale? I was under the impression that it was like a trade in - I Don't want my credit destroyedI would have just had the car fixed that was under warranty and not purchased the jeep- if he had told me the truth- he talked me into buying a jeep thinking u were giving the car back to [redacted] without penalty-I know what he has done has to be illegal you can't just flAt out lie to people like that- you need to take the [redacted] back as promised by homer W [redacted] - I don't know what else to do other then to get a lawyer -homer knows what he has done was wrong- he has completely ruined my credit and chance for getting a loan to start my garage after I get out of school-how would u feel if this was done to u? put yourself in my shoes- [redacted] ***

Hello.I am writing in response to your inquiry regarding the above-mentioned consumer.*** *** purchased a Kia Sorento from River City Ford, Incon 02/13/The vehicle *** ***purchased went through our service department for a multi-point safety inspection prior to being put on
the dealerships lot for re-sale. The vehicles tires passed ** *tate Inspection standards prior to *** *** purchasing the vehicle. Th* ** State Inspection was completed on 02/05/(days prior to *** *** purchasing the vehicle). The inspection was valid for year from the inspection date. After owning the vehicle for a month and a half, *** *** has stated that his tires were becoming noisy and wanted less noisy tires at no charge. *** *** had driven miles before bringing the vehicle back to our dealership for service to have the tires looked at.*** *** purchased an extended service contract that will cover the seal leak he is referring to in his complaint to you. His deductible for that repair is $100.00. Unfortunately, tires are not a warranted item and we cannot replace them at no charge becausethey are noisy. We would like to keep *** *** happy as a customer and are willing to pay the deductible on the seal repair for him this one time if it will satisfy him. After speaking with the salesperson, it has been determined that we can still have the customer approved with the same stipulations that she was told upon arrival and verification of her application information.  Please let the customer know we want to help her buy a car.
