I am rejecting this response because: I did not recieve a gymnastic team policy handbook upon joining the teamYes, I did speak with the coach about dropping prior to AprilShe did not advise me or tell me I needed written consent prior to dropping classI also have recieved more information that *** told a parent recently that my account was delinquent and she also stated I chose not to pay itWhen the parent had asked why my daughter haven't been practicingThe other parent immediately contacted me to see if everything was fineThis is not the first time she has released confidential information.

information that would help us in making our gym better, please let us knowOur afterschool gymnastics fitness program is not a daycare and this program is one of our many gymnastics programsOur dismissal procedures for this class are slightly different than other programs, but these are discussed with parents when they join this programThere are also several students that are in the gym during that time that are not part of the afterschool gymnastics fitness program and may be under other supervisionI do understand that the real issue is the moneyUpon signing up for our classes, you agreed to the following policiesREGISTRATION FEE All Students will be charged a registration which is due each JanuaryWe will pro-rate the registration fee by quarter for new enrolleesThis fee is good for the calendar year or until you drop out of the programDROP PROCEDURE: PARENT'S MUST NOTIFY THE SCHOOL in writing to withdraw from the programA minimum of two week notice is requiredOnly a written notice via email or mail will be acceptablePlease note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA EMAIL OR MAILPlease do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classesIf a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional daysElectronic Signature / Acceptance: Date of Acceptance: Mon, Jan 07:24:+IP Address: *** You also received a Team Handbook upon joining our Prep TeamIn this it states: "Once a gymnast is entered into a competition, all fees associated with the competition such as entry fees and coach's fees, will be due whether or not an athlete competes." By paying the fees, you entered your child in the competition and the entry fees were sent to the host gymThere are no refunds after that timeThis is in complete compliance with TX USA Gymnastics policies which states: "• Entry Fee refunds will only be given prior to the entry deadlineEntry fees are non-refundable after the deadline" In March, you did speak with the gym manger and said that you were thinking of dropping her after the competitionShe did let you know that it is the gym's policy not to pro-rate tuition and recommended waiting until the end of April to drop as your child had already been entered into the competition since you had paid the feesWe did not receive a written drop notice until, April 8, Although, it is against our policy to pro-rate tuition, we did offer to pro-rate April tuition for the two weeks tuition which is the drop notice requirementAgain, we are sorry that we could not meet your needs and for any miscommunication that might have occurredWe try very hard to make sure that everyone who joins our program understands our policies by providing written materials*** ***, River City Gymnastics, owner
