Took some scrap metal and cans to them. Unloaded them and got tickets but no money. ATM was down at the time said we could wait or come back. Waited awhile then just said we would come back. Came the next day. Same thing no money. Waited 5 days came back to same thing no money. They are taking peoples recyclables and not paying nothing out. He did not wait until the facility was open. We average 200 customers a day, and never have this issue. This issue was unfortunate. We pride ourselves in customer service and high quality. By state law, We do hold the customers ticket for six months. This is a scam. They take your metal goods and then when you return with your receipt to be reimbursed, they claim they do not have any money. River City Metal Recyling is a scam that constantly strings along its customers because they feel they can. This is an ongoing, continuous practice ever since the company was recently bought by a new group. Today I went there with my receipt to be reimbursed for the metal goods I gave them to recycle. Instead of reimbursing me, they told me yet again that they did not have any money and to come again. This is their regular practice. Because they have my goods and recycled them, I cannot take them to another agency. They should be investigated for their heinous and humiliating fraudenlent practices, where they refuse to pay customers and constantly tell them to "come again." They have wasted my time, my gas, and they should be held accountable for their awful practices. My next step after this formal complaint, is to contact the news. If Revdex.com can't address this, then perhaps a handy video and public shaming will.
