Conciliation Department Response: Mrs. [redacted] was never in our establishment. The complaint that she made has no validity. She is strictly going on hearsay. Her husband was in our establishment. At no time was he spoken to as if he were "stupid." Our employees treat each customer with respect. Her husband was offered a $100 dollar loan on a laptop computer.
