They were contacted to provide us a quote and when we decided to go with another company, a false invoice was sent. When we declined to pay for nothing, they sent the invoice to a collection agency.
Billing Adjustment *** withdraw the claims from the collection agency.
We have not sent *** to collection , we have no record of an invoice for *** , however , *** owns a construction company called *** from Calgary, *** , representing *** engaged our services ( we have all phone logs c/w dates) we went to his construction site provided services as per his request , when he was invoiced he refused to pay. We contacted the make group to discuss before sending to collection, *** was very angry and hostile and refused to discuss or pay. If *** would like to call and discuss his account I would be happy to meet with him.
