Review: Plastered and tiled my pool. it has only been 2 and a half years and it is cracking all over the place and the tiles are falling off.
[redacted] offered a Five year warranty. Which is the Industry standard. When I went to contact him about coming to fix it. There was no response. Also, the numbers that were associated with the company were all disconnected. The tiles are falling off, the coping is coming apart and the plaster is cracking everywhere.Desired Settlement: I want them to redo the plaster and Fix the tile and coping.
