Review: River City Rafting LLC breached a verbal contract to provide complimentary digital images of me and my wife from our Rafting trip on June 14, 2013. [redacted] who is an employ of River City Rafting and as such represents the company interests in the complaint. [redacted] of River City Rafting [redacted] have been made aware of this problem on eight different occasions via email, [redacted] message, phone call and a [redacted] letter delivery. River City Rafting acknowledged the problem of four separate occasions and made promises to correct it. After those promised became empty promises, they stopped replying to my concerns and complains altogether.Desired Settlement: Honor and complete the verbal contract to provide complimentary digital pictures to me and my wife of our June 14, 2013 rafting trip which was guided by [redacted]. In layman's terms . . .Make available all images from the June 14, 2013 morning Rafting Trip guided by [redacted] in which [redacted] appear, as was agreed upon.

I have reviewed the offer/response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

No offer was made, only a denial was contained in River City Rafting's response. The only satisfactory resolution at this point will be for River City Rafting to apology for lying in their response to this Revdex.com complaint as well as their non-performance of our oral agreement and 2) To provide the agreed upon photographic images captured of me and my wife on our Rafting experience.

hello Anthony, I'll try to find out where the pictures are and try to get them to you, sorry sometimes the complimentary photos get misplaced or not uploaded very quickly so we will hopefully find them, knowing the date and guides names helps a lot.

Hello [redacted], I am very sorry that [redacted] was unable to deliver the photos that he said he would give you. When the company provides photography for a trip there is a fee for the service and a fee for the photographs.
