This is my response to Mr. [redacted] complaint.
I have attached a copy of the invoice for work that was completed on Mr. [redacted] house. The work that was completed was a repair done to a roof that was about 1 year old. Mr. [redacted] stated that  he believed roof was not installed properly but he was...

unable to reach contactor/roofing company that installed it. We estimated and fixed 1 general area on roof and caulked 3 outside corners on gutters. There was never a written warranty on work due to the fact that the roof was new and we didn't install the roof on the house. I explained that we couldn't warranty because we were only repairing on small section of the roof, not the entire roof. We are not bound by warranty to fix the reoccurring problem. However after talking to Mr. [redacted] I have agreed to have a crew come out and inspect area and if the problem is in area that we repaired we will repair it again. Again there will be no warranty with this second repair. I have attached a copy of invoice to show that there wasn't a warranty expressed on it. I look forward to resolving this issue with Mr. [redacted].

I went over to Mr. [redacted] home, inspected his issues, took pictures of the gutters and gutter helmets systems. Went over the pictures with him of the gutters and the gutter helmets. The bottom line is the issues he was having had nothing to do with what he paid me to do. All parties were in a agreement of.
