The comments this customer had filed the complaint about, though polite and completely honest, have been removed as per her requestAlso, though we have already refunded the $she claims that we owe
her, I will send her another money order for $We never lied to or about this customer, yet she has been abusive to us verbally and in regards to filing complaints in an effort to get more moneyWe have held to our word. She has received her order, a very fine piece of weaving craftsmanship, and has received her refundIn an effort to resolve this once and for all, I will again and her the $she believes we owe her for the shipping cost of the order she did receive and we did have to pay to ship across the country to herI would like to request in return that she remove her negative review of our business. Review: I ordered custom made wooden loom from RiverDeltaDesigns via [redacted] webpage on Aug. 21st, 2014. It was advertised to ship within 1-2 weeks. As the seller didnt contact me by the end of week 2, nor marked the item as shipped, I Emailed them. They responded, asking me to wait 2 more weeks as their machine broke and a part needed to be back-ordered. Another 2 weeks have passed and no word from the seller, so I contacted them again. Their response: my loom is ready, will be shipping in couple of days. But no word and no loom for another 2 weeks. The seller was very apologetic and in an Email dated Sept. 20th promised to refund the shipping cost. On September 30th, nearly 6 weeks from placing my order, my loom was finally shipped. It was delivered on Oct. 7th. Seller explained, they were not able to include the refund and this time and asked me to wait until Oct. 27 to be refunded. As no refund showed on the account by Oct. 29th, I contacted them again. This time they announced they mailed me a check. However, seller cant prove they sent it, as they claim they did not pay for tracking service. 2 weeks later, as the check was still not delivered, I contacted my local post office. Post office recommended to ask the sender to submit a mail retrieval case, which I did. In the following Email seller called me abusive and asked me not to contact them again. I would like to stress here that I was always polite and honest in my Emails with them (and I can provide the copy of our complete conversations to prove that). Everything I wrote to them was true and I assumed their responses were also truthful. My actions were based solely on what they wrote me and if they find that abusive, I have nothing else to say to them. I was going to leave it at that and perhaps wait couple more weeks for the lost check. But when I read the lies in their response to my honest review of this order on [redacted] webpage, I realized this seller is not to be trusted. I need Revdex.com's help to ensure my refund is delivered as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like to ask RiverDeltaDesigns to honor their promise of the shipping refund of $40. I want this refund to be delivered in a verifiable manner. Moreover, they need to remove their dishonest response to my review of this transaction on [redacted] webpage.
