Horrible customer serviceMr. ***  [redacted] could sure use some training in customer service and mannersI have been without internet connection for a month or moreHe says he will charge us to come out and check "HIS" SystemWe have been customers for numerous years, and now that we have a problemHe is just HORRIBLE! I refuse to be talked to and treated this wayAs of today, we are no longer his customersHe thinks because his prices are low, and its hard to get internet service in this area it will force folks into using and staying with his businessWRONGI will gladly go elsewhere and pay more in order to have great customer service! No one needs to take this mistreatment from anyone! He will be out tomorrow between and to pick up his equipmentHow do you like that one? Mr.  [redacted] , I am not sure what happened to you, but your partner  [redacted] should never be allowed to talk to or deal with customers

Poor customer service don't expect return phone calls for reported problemsThey do not call, text or email any kind of a response

I have dealt with the "customer service" for this company off and on since late NovemberThey have continually dodged responsibility for their inability to deliver internet service to my homeAccording to them service is being provided and my equipment is faultyI've connected three different routers (one of which worked before these problems arose, another that worked at a neighbor's home with the same ISP and the 3rd brand new out of the box)I've plugged the internet cable directly into my desktopNO SERVICEAnd still no help, satisfaction or internet service
