Review: I am a small business owners. Everyday life, 3 moves & 2 new stores got in the way & we've allowed this to go on for too long.I placed a wholesale order from River Dog Naturals after visiting their booth at the Spring Backer trade show. We were happy to support a local business.4/19/11- I faxed in an order for $428.29 of dog chew products.We received a partial shipment totaling $338.92: There was no invoice or credit card receipt in the shipment. Nor was it mailed/emailed to us. Our credit card was charged twice; once for $214.05 and two days later for $339.67 (total $543.72). This is a difference of $214.48 between what we were charged & what we actually received. (cc statement lists "[redacted] PA)May 2011 - Dec 2012 we left phone messages asking for documentation to support the charges on our card. We never received a reply.Jan-Apr 2012 that same phone # got us a message stating "###-###-#### cannot be reached at this time. Please try again later." We never rec'd replies to our faxed or emailed requests for the invoice & credit card receipts. On Apr 26, 2012 "S.T." wrote the company's first reply to us. She cited reworking of their customer srvc dept as the cause of the problem and said she would address the issue "in the next few business days". We did not hear back. The phone# was now "disconnected".5/31/12 she replied to our follow up by saying she would forward the requested info to us on 6/1. We did not hear back.6/18/12 she replied to an email saying she would pull the invoices on 6/19 and get back to us. We did not hear back.7/27/12 she replied to an email saying she would get back to us on 7/30. We did not hear back.(fast forward one year thru two s and opening of two new stores)On 6/21/13 she replied to an email stating "I will just send you merchandise to equal the amount. What would you like?" We asked for med-lg antlers & [redacted] stated that she would ship them out on 6/24.Today is 6/29 & we have received neither product nor credit card charge documentDesired Settlement: We would like: A)Paper copy of the shipment invoice showing line item details for product shipped to us, totaling $338.92 B) Credit card receipts for the two charges billed to us; 7-20-11 $214.05 & 7-22-11 $339.67.C) $214.48 worth of assorted Med-Large deer/moose/elk antlers + free shipping.D) River Dog Naturals correct/current phone number.(I do have credit card statement and original order form - just no way to upload. I can fax if needed.)

Review: I have waited patiently for an order update I placed on October 3, 2013, There has been no contact to indicate that the order has been processed,, out of stock, notification/acknowledgment the company that my order has been received. Seven emails has been sent. Out of the seven, two were responses from [redacted]. **.[redacted] did not provide the promise information.Desired Settlement: This company has exhibited poor customer service and I am no longer interested in doing business with them. I paid for my purchase thru [redacted] and would like a refund processed immediately. I would also like an email stating my money has been refunded.

Review: I ordered dog food from them on Sept 15, 2013 via their website. I received a confirmation email. I am not able to locate that they ever charged my credit card, but also have not heard anything from them. I have tried to contact the phone numbers on their website (phone number "out of service") and on the receipt they sent me (###-###-####)(no answer; personal answering machine; machine "full" and cannot accept messages).Desired Settlement: I think they are not a real business or are out of business. I want to confirm they destroy my credit card info and do not charge anything to it.
