is unclear to whom she is referring to, aswe (The Retreat Apartment staff) did not speak with her regarding required cleaning before moving out. Our lease agreement covers details for When Moving Out. Please refer to page 6, CLEANING #39,MOVE­ OUT INSPECTION #40 and SECURITY DEPOSIT AND OTHER CHARGES #41. [redacted]' apartment was not"pretty close to clean" as she stated in her complaint. The oven was left with burnt food on the inside.Drip pans were replaced due to damage from cooking that we could not clean off. A cloudy residue was found on the patio sliding door, hood bent, range burner top,bathroom mirror,bathtub and tubsurround. Visible pet stains on carpet. Excessive pet hair was found on wash machine, bathroom floor,on top of baseboard heaters and base board trim. I did tell [redacted] that small nail holes could be filled andwouldn't incur a fee. However, large screw holes were found on the waifs throughout apartment. Please refer to page 3, CONDITION OF THE PREMISES AND ALTERATIONS # 25. [redacted] did not request awalk through to check the filled nail holes, she did comment about doing a final walk through herself asshe was worried she may have forgotten something. A folding chair and small garbage can was leftoutside under living room window. W do not allow "pet-sitting" as outlined on page 4, ANIMALS #27.The evidence and damages caused by  pet proves [redacted] had a pet in her apartment . Moved out May 30, 2013. After final walk through, I was told that I would receive my deposit. I have not received itI called at the end of July. My number was taken and I was told the manager would return my call. I called again at the end of August and was told the same thing. I got no calls in wither case. I called in December, my number was taken and I was told that it would be forwarded to corporate and someone would call me. I called on january 15 and was told the manager would call me.I need help resolving this issue as I have been ignored by the company for nearly eight months now.Desired SettlementI want to get my deposit as promised by the company.
