I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10421123, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
As I have mentioned in my complaint, my son was there for almost a day waiting for the repair/diagnosticBut, the service manager told my son that they cannot recreate the symptomAlthough the business said the car was in the technician for 3/of an hour but I could guarantee that the technician didn't spent minutes of driving the car on highway speed to reproduce the symptom.Besides, the service manager blankly told my son that they do not have the time to test the car to reproduce the symptomSo, he gave a statement to my son that if any problem to the car that is related to transmission, he will replace or repair it Come on, I have extended warranty to the vehicle and what do I need to get this fixed?

The service department would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we have caused our customer. Our goal is to be able to diagnose and fix cars promptly and efficiently as they arrive. Our records show the vehicle was in the techs possession for over 3/4 of an hour, which is ample time...

Customer bought car as is no warranty, and took car to there mechanic to have check out before purchase.River Oaks told them as no warranty at time of purchase
