Good morning,Thanks for contacting us again regarding this matterWe did contact Mr*** and I apologized to him regarding the unfortunate incident regarding towing his wife's' car.I explained to Mr*** that the tow truck driver is an independent service provider and he is not one of
our employees! And we as a company we don't own the tow truck; our only relation with the tow truck is we advertise our business name on it with our phone number as a convenient way for our customers to get a tow service to our shop if their car broke down or any other cars problems. Regarding Mr*** situation, his insurance company contacted the tow truck driver directly without us being involved to tow his wife's car to the dealership, we have never seen Mr*** and we have never worked in any of his vehicles in our shop at all, also we have never contacted the driver to bring the vehicle to our shop at all! We werenot part of that whole situation at all. It was a direct service call between his own insurance company *** and the driver since he is approved by insurance companies to tow cars. I did apologize to Mr*** personally as a manager at *** *** ***, and I called his Daughter Ms*** and apologized to her as well, and I offered Ms*** a gift card for the amount of $mailed already to her residence few days agoAnd they did accept my apology and settlement.Mr*** and Ms*** accepted my personal apology, and they understood our situation that we are not part of this unfortunate incident.Again I offer Mr*** my apology on behalf of *** *** *** family for the poor judgement of the tow truck driver, We are in the process of talking to the tow truck driver to discuss our future relationship with him to prevent situations like this to ever happen again.Thanks a million for Mr*** and his daughter for forgiving us, and Thanks to Revdex.com Houston whom we value our relation with them as we strive at *** *** *** to offer a Quality work and *** *** with dignity and honesty
