Review: I am complaining because River Oaks Hot Springs Spa double charged me for the same service and I have not had any customer service to resolve my issue.I reviewed my annual credit card statement in January 2014 and I noticed that I was double charged in June 2013 for the same service. I was charged once on the date that I called to reserve the appointment and then again when I received the service. I have sent an email with the support showing River Oaks Hot Springs the double charge, but I did not hear back. I resent the message a month later this time asking them to call me back. I heard no response. I followed up again in March, but again I have not been able to receive a response whether the double charge will be refunded or told that I can't claim the double charge because too much time has passed.I am concern that poor accounting practices are being performed where patrons can be charged twice and no accounting reconciliation is being done to identify the error.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund of $175 for the service that was performed on June 29,2013 since the spa package was prepaid on June 27, 2013.
