November 13, 2015Dear *** ***,I am in receipt of your letter concerning complaint #***.*** *** entered into a contract with River Plaza Apts., on 8/1/As per the terms of *** ***'s lease, if he wished to terminate his lease early, he should have given a day written notice of
termination from the beginning of a calendar monthIn addition, he would pay a liquidated damage in the amount equal to month's rentHis contract also states if resident fails to give day written notice that the landlord is entitled to liquidated damage for lack of notice, Written notice was never received by *** *** and all charges are justified under the terms of his contractIn addition to the lease break damage, *** *** did not pay his May's rent and late charge and did not return his keys.I am attaching a copy of the lease for your review, Hopefully, this will end any further disputes.Very Truly Yours,Katheryn S.,SrProperty Manager

I just notice that the below email was just sent to Ms***. Please see attached and the explanation of the issue for that day. If you have any further questions, please just email me.Thank YouJessica M***________________________________________Response:On the day this customer is
referencing the building suffered a faulty fire panel that was not diagnosed by it’s existing fire monitoring company, but took contractors and engineers from different local fire suppression and monitoring agencies to diagnose the problemThis faulty fire panel also locked out the elevators each time it went off. Once diagnosed, a new fire panel was sourced from miles away and installed by 7pm that night. The building’s management company is currently in the process of hiring a new monitoring company, one that includes hour local response contractors so this issue never occurs again. In the meantime, the management company has continued to do business with the company who came through and replaced the fire panel and the last two times we’ve had problems they have responded within the hour.I have attached an Invoice from the new fire panel that was installed at the end of the long day in question.Thank YouJessica M***River Plaza ApartmentsProperty Manager
