River Pools & Spas

This is actually a sort of addendum to a review I wrote previously about River Pools and SpasThey did indeed install a fiberglass pool and concrete decking along with other amenities in my backyard in the year There were problemsIt seems due to miscommunication on both the company's and my part, they believed the problems were resolved to everyone's satisfactionUpon reading my review which I just posted in 2015, one of the owners, Jason, contacted me as soon as he was aware that I was and had been experiencing such problemsI thought Jason had known I had all these problems however my messages for whatever reason never reached himAlthough it had been years, Jason did/has reached out He has already made a trip out to my home and inspected my problemsThe leak in my pool, although it has definitely fallen well outside the deadline or the parameters of my warranty, Jason has agreed to find and fix the leak at his own expenseIn addition, he will also see to the drainage problem I am experiencing with the installed drainsAgain, past the warranty deadline for whatever the reasonI must say, it is hard to find a company that stands behind their work within warranty parameters but to find one whose owner will actually bite the bullet for no other reason than wanting a happy customer and is a honest businessman and person, that is truly a findI must apologize to him and his business and will surely make sure in other aspects of any dealings anywhere make sure all communication is met head on and everyone understands what's happeningI want to thank River Pools and Spa and Jason for renewing my faith in peopleIf I could I would remove my last review entirely however I have not found a way to make that happen I'm still tryingI hope as many or more people read this oneI did do my due diligence in the beginning and believed I was dealing with a hard working honest company and Jason has proved to me that is exactly what River Pools and Spa is made ofI would encourage anyone to use this company and these peopleYou can't ask for more than honesty, hard work and people who believe in what they do and truly want a happy customer

We were very happy with the professionalism of River Pools & Spas The thing that impressed us the most was the many, many references they were willing to provide and their depth of knowledge regarding issues such as maintenance and operational cost
One year later, we remain satisfied and very pleased that we went with River Pools

We had a pool install in December We used River Pools, whom had good reviews and an informative website However, we are extremely disappointed with the process We had a design drawn up and a cover ordered by River Pools When the installer came to install the pool cover, the design did not have enough concrete installed to accommodate the cover Why are you going to design a pool layout that won't match the cover that you ordered? So, I chalked it up as a mistake We all make them However, then we discovered that the pool is installed too close to the property line In order to fix it, we had to resurvey our adjacent lot and our lot and have property lines moved in order to meet the county codeRiver Pool is not taking any responsibility for this I, as a homeowner, was relying in the professional pool company to guide us through this processI feel like they should have been more diligent with the design and planning process to make sure our pool installation was

After I called multi times to speak to manager Amy B*** which never answer the phone she just make her employ to lie to costumerShe email me the price of the pool and after I email her back and told her that I'm interested for the pool and ask her if pool is qualified for ANSI-APPS- she send me an email back that she spoke to Jason (owner) they are not selling fiberglass pool to DIY costumers I think that is UNPROFESSIONAL
