These are standard whether the cleaning is needed or not. The only time the amount varies from the addendum is if there are charges above general wear and tear, which yours did not have. Or, when a lease of 24 months or over is fulfilled. Your lease was only 3 months so you were charged the cost per your contract. I’ve attached your addendum for your review. Thank you for your service and thank you for your time spent protecting us civilians. My husband was recently promoted to Federal Police Sergeant after 11 years as a Federal Police Officer, and he too served 12 years in the Army. I understand how emotionally and physically taxing the position can be, especially now with so much going on in the world.
