We have lived at this complex for just over a yearThere have been several things we have complained about but have failed to be addressedVerbally, we had expressed a concern with the septic system on property but as assured several times it was normalOn January 23rd of this year, after several ignored emails, they finally responded of regarding this concern and stated that strong sewage stench and wet ground was due to "high volume use"As it connoted to get worse, I finally reported this issue to the countyOn August 6th they inspected and did confirm that the septic was leaking and the county was told the issue had been resolvedThe stench has not gone away and we have had a constant stream of water running down the drive for a few months nowOn September 11th, they confirmed that this was also due to a septic leakThe water on the inside of the apartment unit goes in waves of having a faint sewage stench or smelling like bleachThe parking is terrible; to many residents

Hi ***, I have attached some documents for your review…The original balance was $497.18, which a payment plan was offered and signed by the residentHowever, when I sat down to look at her file I was able to make a few adjustments which brings the balance to $This is a savings of $174.71.The balance is for the final utilities along with some texture repairs in the apartmentIt is important for the resident to know that the final utilities is for 5/21-7/which is about two months worth of utilities vs the monthly billing of one monthThe billing is always done in arrears, when the resident moved in on 7/7/they did not have to start paying utilities until 10/1/16.Please let me know if any additional information is needed, thank you.Respectfully, *** *** | Community Manager Chisholm Ranch*** *** *** *** * *** *** ** ***o: *** | f: ***
